Welcome! We’re a small, locally-operated art supply store proudly serving artists in our community. We specialize in medium to large quantity items—ideal for serious creatives and working artists.

As a small business with limited storage and inventory capacity, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our policies.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

​

All sales are final.

​

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as we cannot restock returned items due to limited inventory. Please double-check your order before checking out. We will gladly correct any order that includes:

• The wrong item.

• Damaged or defective products.

​

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.

On Demand Ordering Model

​

We operate on an on-demand ordering model, sourcing directly from Canadian manufacturers once you place your order. This allows us to offer high-quality materials at lower prices, without excess inventory or waste.

📦 Special orders are always welcome and come at no extra cost. Simply email us with the product name, size, and quantity — and we’ll take care of the rest.

​

⏳ Please allow 3–5 weeks for fulfillment, as we coordinate directly with suppliers to get you fresh, reliable stock.​

Looking for a different size, colour, or product not listed? Feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help source what you need.

Delivery 

​

We currently serve York Region only.

​

• Delivery: Available for an additional fee of $25 or free after you spend $200.

 

Please note: We do not currently offer shipping or delivery outside of York Region. However, if you're located nearby and would like to request delivery beyond our usual area, feel free to email us — we'll do our best to accommodate if possible.
